APPOINTMENT POLICIES:

We will have set days we are in the store + those hours will be run by appointment only. You can scroll through the calendar below on the BOOK NOW button.

• Brides will be able to bring two adult guests (16+). No exceptions.

• Wifi is available + we have a computer set up to Facetime. Create a group on Facebook Messenger prior to appointment for everyone to view you in gowns at the same time. 

• All staff, brides + guests will be required to wear a mask throughout the appointment. Brides + guests will be required to bring their own mask.

• We will abide by physical distancing + stay 6ft apart at all times. The only exception to this is when the consultant will properly fit the gown with clips.

• Each room will be cleaned + sanitized between appointments.

• In order to make sure each room is thoroughly cleaned we will have 30 mins blocked between each appointment. Brides + guests are asked to arrive on time, not early, so staff can complete cleaning.

• On arrival for appointment, please knock on the door. A staff member will come to unlock the door, wait until they step back prior to entering. The door will then be locked again.

• Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry to the store.

• Payment will be accepted by Visa, MasterCard or Debit. At this time cash is not accepted.

Brides + guests will be asked to browse gowns without touching. The gowns to be tried on will be brought to the fitting room by the consultant.

• The store will only be open to one appointment at a time.

• Brides + guests are not permitted to bring in any outside drinks.

• All must be fever/symptom free + not have been near anyone with symptoms.
